With this page of our website we inform you about the developments in the CO₂ policy within our company.

In the context of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we have started with the CO₂ Performance Ladder. This gives us a better insight into our CO₂ emissions. By creating a CO₂ footprint, our main CO₂ emission sources have been mapped.

The level at which we deal with CO₂ reduction meets the requirements set by the SKAO / CO₂ Performance Ladder for
level 5. Filoform will communicate its energy policy, CO₂ footprint and reduction targets internally and externally every six months.

Thanks in part to the ambition to reduce 93% CO₂ by 2020, Filoform B.V. the CO₂ Performance Ladder certificate on
achieved level 5.

A | INSIGHT

Filoform has converted its own energy consumption into CO₂ emissions in order to gain more insight into its CO₂ emissions per energy flow. This insight into CO₂ emissions makes it possible to set effective targets. The carbon footprint was calculated for the first time in 2015. The footprint is recalculated every six months and communicated internally and externally (see also the documents under C | Communicatie).

B | REDUCTION

Filoform has set reduction targets to effectively reduce its CO₂ emissions. Reduction measures have been drawn up to achieve this target. These are assessed every six months for their effectiveness.

C | COMMUNICATION

Filoform communicates publicly every six months about its energy reduction policy with regard to insight, reduction and participation in an initiative.

D | PARTICIPATION

Filoform actively participates in initiatives related to the reduction of CO₂ in the sector or beyond. This is currently the initiative of the Netherlands CO₂ Neutral Foundation.
